Venue and Travel

The 2025 ELM Conference will be held at Rice University at three venues, giving you a chance to tour the our beautiful campus!

October 22nd - Baker Hall

October 23rd - BioScience Research Collaborative (BRC)

October 24th - Ralph S. O’Connor Building

A map will be sent to attendees in advance of the Workshop. Alternatively, view the Google map of Workshop venues, Rice University Location Map or download a campus map.

Parking

October 22 & 24: Parking passes will be provided for the Central Campus Parking Garage (under the Jones Business School) for events at Baker Hall and the O’Connor Building.

October 23: Parking passes will be provided for the BRC Parking Garage, located at the intersection of Travis St. and Dryden St.

Passes will be available at the registration table each day and can be used when exiting the venue. Visitor parking lots are marked on the Google map above.

Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle will be provided between the Hilton Hotel and event venues:

October 22:
Hilton to Baker Hall: 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Baker Hall to Hilton: 5:45 – 6:45 PM

October 24:
Hilton to O’Connor Building: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
O’Connor Building to Hilton: 12:30-1:30 PM
